Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re new to therapy, it’s completely normal to have questions. Here are some answers that may help as you consider your next step.
-
There's no experience necessary, and no pressure to have everything figured out before we start.
Our first session together is mostly me getting caught up on where you are today: your story, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping for. From there, things become more tailored to you specifically.

-

Alongside understanding what you're going through, my goal is for you to leave sessions with practical tools you can carry into your week.
