Virtual Therapy Throughout California

CAN YOU RELATE?

You're carrying more than you're showing.

If you're overwhelmed with anxiety or depression, weighed down by relationship or family dynamics, stretched thin by work, or just feeling lonely, you're not the only one carrying it. Most of my clients come in holding more than they let on.

My hope is simple: a space where you can feel, be, and actually express who you are, without having to perform or hold it together.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

I'm Ben Wallman, a licensed therapist

For over 10 years, I've worked with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship strain, and the complexities life naturally brings.

My approach is warm, practical, and deeply collaborative. I bring the tools and structure. You're the one who knows yourself best, and who's actually driving the process.

Specialties I Work With

I support clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of faith and identity. Every person's needs are different, so my approach stays flexible and tailored to you, not locked to a single method.

01. Anxiety & Depression

Practical support to help you calm your mind and feel less weighed down. I'll help you build tools that make daily life feel lighter and more manageable.

02. Life Transitions & Burnout

Change, whether planned or unexpected, can throw you off balance. I'll help you navigate what's shifting and find steadier footing as you move into whatever's next.

03. Relationship Challenges

Strain shows up in all kinds of close relationships, not just romantic ones. I'll help you understand the pattern underneath the conflict and build healthier ways to communicate and reconnect, whatever relationship it's coming from.

04. Faith & Identity

A space to explore the beliefs, experiences, and questions that shape how you see yourself, including faith, without judgment. This is work we can take at whatever pace feels right for you.

Here’s How We'll Get Started

I keep the process calm and clear, so you always know what to expect.

01. Reach out

Fill out a short contact form telling me a bit about what's going on. No commitment, just a first hello.

02. ConsultATION

We'll set up a free 15 to 20 minute call, by phone or video, so you can ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit before you decide anything.

03. First session

This is our first real session. I'll ask questions to get the full picture of what's going on in your life, so I understand where you're starting from.

04. Ongoing Therapy

From here, we meet regularly, usually once a week to start, and build the work around what's actually helping you.
