Individual Therapy
Virtual individual therapy for adults throughout California, with space for honest conversation and practical support.
Who is Individual Therapy for?
You may know something feels off without knowing exactly how to explain it. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship concerns, or a difficult change in your life.
Individual therapy gives you a private place to slow down, talk honestly, and better understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can identify patterns, work through difficult emotions, and develop tools that feel useful in your day-to-day life.
$150 per 50–60 minute session
Select insurance plans accepted. Superbills may be available for out-of-network reimbursement.

Virtual Throughout California
All sessions are currently offered online to clients located in California. Virtual therapy allows you to meet from a private space that works for you without adding travel time or another stop to your day.
A Grounded, Collaborative Approach
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns, and offer practical tools that fit your needs.
Our sessions leave room for honest conversation, but the goal is also to help you feel better equipped to handle what is happening outside of therapy.
How We'll Get Started
I keep the process calm and clear, so you always know what to expect.
01. Reach out
Fill out a short contact form telling me a bit about what's going on. No commitment, just a first hello.
02. ConsultATION
We'll set up a free 15 to 20 minute call, by phone or video, so you can ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit before you decide anything.
03. First session
This is our first real session. I'll ask questions to get the full picture of what's going on in your life, so I understand where you're starting from.
04. Ongoing Therapy
From here, we meet regularly, usually once a week to start, and build the work around what's actually helping you.

Every person's timeline looks different. Many clients work with me for about three to six months, depending on what's going on.
Some people wrap up once they've gotten what they came for. Others find ongoing sessions valuable and choose to continue longer, and that's completely okay.
