Therapy Services for Individuals & Couples

Virtual therapy throughout California with collaborative approach shaped around what you need.

Individual Therapy

Support for What You’re Carrying

Individual therapy offers a private space to talk honestly about what is happening and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Ben works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship stress, and more. Sessions are collaborative and shaped around you, with room for both honest conversation and practical tools you can use outside therapy.

Couples Therapy

Better Communication Starts With Understanding

Couples therapy gives partners a structured place to slow down recurring conflict and better understand what is happening beneath it.

You may be navigating frequent arguments, emotional distance, trust concerns, parenting stress, or uncertainty about the future. The goal is not to decide who is right. It is to help both partners feel heard, communicate more safely, repair conflict, and strengthen their relationship.

Virtual Throughout California

All sessions are currently offered online to clients located in California. Virtual therapy allows you to meet from a private space that works for you without adding travel time or another stop to your day.

How We'll Get Started

I keep the process calm and clear, so you always know what to expect.

01. Reach out

Fill out a short contact form telling me a bit about what's going on. No commitment, just a first hello.

02. ConsultATION

We'll set up a free 15 to 20 minute call, by phone or video, so you can ask questions and see if I feel like the right fit before you decide anything.

03. First session

This is our first real session. I'll ask questions to get the full picture of what's going on in your life, so I understand where you're starting from.

04. Ongoing Therapy

From here, we meet regularly, usually once a week to start, and build the work around what's actually helping you.

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone

Reaching out can feel uncomfortable. Taking the first step doesn’t have to be. If you’re ready to start the conversation, I’d be honored to help.
